Creamy Kickin’ Chicken:
chicken breasts or tenderloins, cubed
3 tbsp. olive oil
½ tbsp. butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup parmesan cheese
smoked paprika, cayenne powder, Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, & red chili flakes
Cut chicken into cubes & toss into a bag with 2 tbsp. olive oil & 1 tbsp. of all powdered seasonings. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge…or move along if you’re ready to eat! In a pan over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp. olive oil & add in marinated chicken & cook through. Remove chicken from pan & set aside.
In the same pan, melt ½ tbsp. butter. Add in minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (~30 seconds). Pour in your heavy cream & let come to a boil. Once bubbling, stir gently then sprinkle in parmesan cheese, mix, then add in ½ tbsp. of Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, & red chili flakes. Add chicken back in, toss in the sauce, & serve with rice &/or veggies & enjoy!
