Vegan Pumpkin Pie Cake Balls:
1/2 cup Pumpkin Pie Filling
1 Vegan Vanilla Mug Cake
1/3 cup chocolate of choice
1 tbsp. coconut oil
Crumble Mug Cake finely into a bowl & add in pumpkin pie filling. Mix until incorporated & everything sticks together.
Spoon mixture into your hands, press & roll into balls. Chill in fridge for 20 minutes. Melt chocolate & coconut oil together ~1 minute, stirring in between.
When Pumpkin Pie Cake Balls are chilled, remove from fridge & skewer. Dip into melted chocolate & place on parchment paper.
Chill in fridge for about 30 minutes or until chocolate shell has hardened, then drizzle with additional chocolate if desired.
Chill for at least an hour (or overnight) & serve!
