Cheese Danishes:
· 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
· 8 oz cream cheese
· ½ tsp. sour cream
· 1/4 cup sugar
· 1 tsp. vanilla extract
· 1/4 tsp. vanilla bean paste (optional)
· Dash of salt
· Squeeze of lemon juice
· 1 tbsp heavy cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, cut puff pastry sheet into 6 equal pieces, & score the inside of each piece ~a quarter of an inch from the edges & set aside. In a mixing bowl, add in cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanillas, salt, & lemon juice & whip to combine. Scoop ~1 1/2 tbsp. of cream cheese filling into scored middle of each puff pastry & spread evenly. Brush edges of each pastry with heavy cream, then transfer into the oven & let bake for ~10-12 minutes or until edges are golden & crispy. Remove from oven & let cool for 2-5 minutes & enjoy!

**Warm cream cheese in a bowl of hot water
**Cream together cream cheese & sugar first
**Slowly add in liquids
**Scrape sides of mixer often
