Vanilla Mug Cake (Vegan & Gluten-Free)





Vegan Vanilla Mug Cake:                                                                                                                  

  • 4 tbsp. oat flour

  • 2 tbsp. white sugar

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/8 tsp. salt

  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp. melted vegan butter

  • 1/4 cup water (or non-dairy milk)

  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract

 

Stir all ingredients together in a lightly greased mug & bake in microwave for 2 minutes.

Set aside & let cool 3-5 minutes.


Finish with desired toppings & enjoy!


(or crumble it up for some quick cake balls!)
